Optima recently supplied and installed palletiser using Universal Robot UR10e with linear vertical axes. We combined two separate production lines in to one cobot palletiser. Supplied entire solution including conveyor lines, automation and palletiser.

Optima has recently delivered and set up a palletising system featuring the Universal Robot UR10e equipped with linear vertical axes. We merged two individual production lines into a single collaborative robot palletising system. The comprehensive solution provided covers everything from conveyor lines and automation to the palletiser itself.

We’re now handling two boxes simultaneously, reaching a pace of palletizing 16 boxes each minute.
